Spain offers huge potential for the keen hiker, from easy, relatively flat coastal walks to the peaks of the Sierra Nevada. It has arguably the most diverse range of landscapes in western Europe, as well as a rich culture, delicious food and wine, and a relaxed, hospitable approach to life that makes it an ideal holiday destination.
Our walks include the Camino de Santiago, one of the world’s most famous trails – we offer the classic French route as well as coastal and deluxe options. To the east, the Catalonian Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean Sea and our walk there takes us along good trails on the Costa Brava’s scenic coastline through wooded gorges, meadows and villages, with views of the distant high Pyrenees.
In the south, our Sierra Nevada walk passes through white-washed Moorish villages and orange groves in the Alpujarra and up into the Sierra Nevada National Park along well-maintained tracks; you can expect some steep climbs, but the views are stunning. In Granada Province you can combine easy walks with sampling the local wines!
