The idea of travelling alone can be a daunting one, which is why our small group walking holidays attract so many solo travellers. It’s always enjoyable to share new experiences with like-minded travelling companions, and although you may join the trip alone, you are guaranteed to leave having made some very close friends. We also offer trails which are perfect for walking solo, either on a self guided trip or with a private guide.
You’re Not On Your Own
Travelling solo doesn’t have to mean travelling on your own. From the start of your trip you can expect to be in good company, with the rest of the group made up of single travellers, couples and friends.
What’s more, having a tour leader immediately takes away the stress of planning and the logistics of the walk. They’ll take care of everything and help you get the most out of the places you’re visiting. And you’ll have the security of travelling in a small group, which you wouldn’t get if travelling on your own.
No Supplements For Single travellers!
Our walking holidays can be budget-friendly because you won’t have to pay a single supplement if you are happy to share. We’ll organise your stay in a twin room with another traveller of the same sex – of the same age too, as far as possible. Of course, if you’d rather have your own room, we can advise the cost and arrange it.
So Where To Go?
All our itineraries are suitable for solo travellers. If you know what you are looking for try our holiday search, or explore our recommendations below.
