Now that you have found your preferred itinerary, what is the next step?
We require a 10% deposit for bookings, together with your insurance premium if required. There are three different booking methods available:
1. Book Online Click on the link (also available in the individual holidays) and fill in the secure online form.
2. Download the Booking Form as a PDF file (411K) to fill it in by hand, before printing it and either faxing it to 01524 242657 or posting it.
3. Contact our expert consultants, either by e-mail on sales@walksworldwide.com, or by telephone on +44 (0)15242 42000, who will discuss your itinerary with you, adding any additional components which you have selected. If you would like to telephone us with your credit card number we can take your deposit over the telephone.
- We will confirm your holiday as soon as possible, and send you the invoice for the balance, flight details and all the other forms and information necessary to prepare yourself for the holiday.
- Your final payment must be made no later than TEN WEEKS prior to departure.
- We will send your tickets, vouchers and additional information approximately two weeks before you go.

Walks Worldwide Travel Insurance
At Walks Worldwide we believe that your safety and holiday enjoyment are very important. Therefore comprehensive travel insurance is a must whenever you travel abroad. It is a condition of joining one of our holidays that you have insurance and as our deposits are non-refundable you should be insured for cancellation at time of booking. We have arranged travel insurance with AXA Insurance (UK) plc, registered in England at 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DU (No. 78950), a member of the AXA Group of Companies through specialist Insurance Brokers Campbell Irvine (Tel: 01737 223 687) who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (registration No 202312). This can be checked on the FSA's register by visiting the FSA's website at www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by contacting them on 0845 606 1234.
Our single trip policy is available to anybody regardless of nationality or where you live in the world and is specifically designed to cover every activity shown on this website or in our Trip Dossiers.
SUMMARY OF TRAVEL INSURANCE BENEFITS PER PERSON (all prices are in pounds Sterling - GBP)
CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT - up to GBP3,500 (a quotation to cover holidays costing more than this sum are available on request).
MEDICAL, REPATRIATION EXPENSES - Up to GBP5,000,000
PERSONAL ACCIDENT - Up to GBP25,000 (providing benefit up to this amount following death, loss of limb/eyes, permanent total disablement).
PERSONAL EFFECTS - Up to GBP2,000 (valuables limited to GBP350 in total, single article limit GBP250, money GBP500, passport and visas GBP250)
PERSONAL LIABILITY - Up to GBP2,000,000
DELAYED DEPARTURE OR ARRIVAL - Compensation up to £100, or cancellation after 12 hours up to £1,000

PREMIUMS
Notes:
- 1. Pre-existing conditions - If you, a relative or dependent suffer from a pre-existing condition you must advise the insurers at time of purchase. Contact details will be found in the insurance booklet you will receive along with your confirmation. It is vital that our insurers are advised of any condition that may affect your cover otherwise any claim may be rendered null and void.
- 2. For persons aged 66 to 74 years at the time of arranging insurance, double the standard rates apply. For persons aged 75 years or more at the time of arranging insurance please contact our office for a quotation.
- 3. Child Reduction - Premiums are reduced to 50% of the adult premium for children aged 18 years or less at the time of booking, if travelling with an insured adult insured under this scheme.
- 4. Free Cover - Infants under two. Infants aged under two at departure can be included, free of charge, if travelling from departure point with a parent insured under this scheme - so long as their name is included on the validation certificate.
- 5. Family Rate - For families travelling together a special premium of two and a half times the adult premium applies. This provides for two adults under 66 years and up to four children aged 18 years or less.
- 6. The above premiums include government imposed Insurance Premium Tax at 17.5%.
- 7. Annual Multi trip policy - If you are planning on travelling abroad more than once this year, why not ask about what makes this policy so special.
- 8. These prices are valid until 31 December 2008.

Please read it carefully to ensure you understand the cover provided which includes certain terms conditions, exclusions and warranties especially relating to pre-existing medical conditions. Should you wish to see a specimen, a copy will be made available prior to purchase upon request. If the Insurance does not meet your requirements you may return the documentation within 14 days of purchase or prior to travel if this is sooner and, provided no claim has been made, obtain a refund.
