Inspired by the likes of Robert Carver's book "The Accursed Mountains", Edith Durham's "High Albania" and even the exploits of Lord Byron our sights are now set on the remote north of the largely untrekked mountains and passes of Albania. This is a chance to join Mark from the Walks Worldwide office as, with the aid of a local guide, Walks Worldwide explore the wild, Accursed Mountains for the very first time.

A sense of adventure and sense of humour will be essential packing for this exciting reconnaissance trip. To keep the adventure special the number of participants will be limited to 8 only. What we discover will ultimately become a "commercial package" for larger groups in 2011, but for the lucky few, we get the real Albanian adventure!
