  • Trek the famous Tatranska Magistrala trail
  • Climb Rysy - Poland's highest mountain
  • Jagged Carpathian panoramas

The High Tatras are the highest and most spectacular peaks in the entire Carpathian Mountain range. The greater part of this rugged range of dramatic spires lies within the astonishingly beautiful country of Slovakia.

Based upon our own Carpathian adventures, this trip explores the most majestic section of the High Tatras by following the excellent Tatranska Magistrala trail that traverses the range.

There is also the opportunity to make an optional (and highly recommended) ascent of Rysy (2,499m), the highest mountain in Poland, to behold what is widely regarded as one of the best mountain views in the whole of Europe.
