Combine the renowned Upper Engadine Valley with romantic vintage hotels and the wild and little known charm of the Italian speaking Val Bregaglia.
Days 1 and 2
Fly to Zurich and travel to atmospheric Samedan. Your walk to Pontresina involves train, cable car and footwork up to Alp Languard (3262 metres).
Days 3 to 5
Stroll through the romantic Val Roseg, past glaciers and towering peaks to Surlej. Continue along the lakeshore and into the secluded vehicle-free Val Fex. A long ridge walk brings you to the renowned walkers' base of Maloja.
Days 6 to 8
A stiff climb via the Maloja Pass to the Roman built Septimerpass brings you to Val Bregaglia. Enjoy the absolutely stunning 'La Panoramica' walk along the northern slopes to your beautiful palazzo hotel in Soglio. Return to Zurich and home.
